Karsay Coffee
Karsay Coffee is a third-generation family-run and owned business currently located in Somerset, NJ. Founded by Elmer Karsay in 1950, Elmer Karsay Incorporated was a food service supplier located in New Brunswick, NJ. Originally, the salesmen for the company would go door to door daily selling food service products right from the distributing trucks. As the society advanced and changed, so did the demand in the foodservice business.
